With the second sleepout almost upon us, it was time for the boarders to focus on mind and body as they took part in our ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’. This was introduced back in the Spring and something the boarders really enjoyed so it was lovely to incorporate it once again into the Wicked Wednesday programme.
There was yoga, meditation, mindful colouring and for those wanting to be a little more active a workout session. The boarders were able to choose their preferred activities and there was a lovely sense of calm about the boarding house as the night drew to a close.
