Yesterday (12/11/24) we had the pleasure of hosting our fantastic Dance Performance Day for Years 7-9, bringing together students from across the region to immerse themselves in an exciting day of dance and contemporary movement. The energy was high, and the creativity even higher, as each participant gave their all to make this day memorable!

We were thrilled to welcome our guest tutor, Jazz Gritt from Pavilion Dance, whose expertise and passion set an inspiring tone from the very start. Under Jazz’s guidance, the students worked tirelessly throughout the day, focusing on technique, expression, and teamwork. They embraced the challenge of each rehearsal, taking every opportunity to refine their routines and build confidence in their performances.

The day culminated in an exciting showcase for family and friends. Students performed a vibrant collection of routines set to the music of Tina Turner and Florence and The Machine, bringing heartfelt emotions and boundless energy to the stage. Their hard work and dedication truly shone through, and the audience was captivated by their talent and enthusiasm.

A huge well done to everyone involved! You were all absolute stars, and the pride in your performance was evident. Thank you for making this Dance Performance Day a huge success—each of you brought something special to the stage!
