Our Year 4 Geographers have had an eventful week while diving deep into their ‘Environmental Issues and Helping our Planet’ topic. On Monday morning, they led the school assembly with a captivating presentation on ‘World Ocean Day’, raising awareness about the importance of protecting our oceans.
The excitement continued on Wednesday when they embarked on a courageous sponsored campout on the top Moor. This adventurous endeavour wasn’t just for fun—they raised money for the ‘Surfers Against Sewage‘ charity, contributing to the fight against ocean pollution. Well done, Year 4 Geographers, for your dedication and inspiring efforts to make a positive impact on our planet!
