Our Football Festival yesterday (26/0923)  was a resounding success, bringing together young football talents from (FSM), Salisbury Cathedral School, and West Hill Park School.

The festival witnessed spirited football action from both U8s and U9s age categories. The matches were a testament to the enthusiasm and dedication of the young athletes who displayed impressive skills and teamwork on the field.

One of the most heartwarming aspects of the festival was the exemplary sportsmanship and respect demonstrated by all participants. Players, coaches, and spectators alike embraced the values of fair play and good conduct, setting a positive example for young athletes.

The festival provided a valuable platform for players to develop their football skills. The friendly but competitive environment encouraged players to showcase their talents and learn from each other, contributing to their overall growth as athletes.

The event saw an excellent turnout of parents and supporters from all three schools. Their presence added to the festive atmosphere and served as a testament to the importance of community and family involvement in youth sports.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Salisbury Cathedral School and West Hill Park School for their participation and sportsmanship. We look forward to future collaborations and hope to make the Football Festival an annual tradition that continues to promote the spirit of football and camaraderie among young athletes.

Our Director of Sport Mr Hancock Said:

There’s no better way to spend an afternoon than watching your children or the pupils you teach run around a field kicking a ball with smiles on their faces with not a care in the world
