As part of their Geography topic of ‘Technology in Geography’, Year 5 hit the Centre VR in Bournemouth. With hi tec goggles on, the children explored the centre’s Google Earth program, which showed some of the world’s most famous landmarks and cities.
There were excited cries throughout, even from Miss North! With VR technology being used more and more in the outside world, it was an excellent opportunity for the children to experience everything it offers.
Afterwards, everyone headed to the beach and enjoyed chips by Bournemouth pier!!! Oh, what a school trip!!!
