Recently, with their current topic ‘In Your Shoes’ in the forefront of their minds, Year 2 visited the Salisbury Museum to find out about shoes throughout history. They looked at Roman sandals, children’s clogs and were amazed to see how small Queen Victoria‘s feet were.

Not only did they look at shoes, but they also had the opportunity to explore many of the artefacts on display at the museum; the mammoth’s tooth was particularly popular!
