Following on from the children in the Nursery being absorbed in pirate play last week, they have begun this week by listening to the rhyming story ‘Polly Parrot and the Pirates’ whilst sitting on their own ‘Jolly Roger’ ship.

After this, they created parrots with brightly coloured handprint wings.
